- swap Falcon and WL in tech? WL spam is very strong/easy/common
- Warp Spyders: Haywire tech = t2. Nerf inf_med dps 15-20%.
- Ranger late game dps is absurd for such long range. Reduce morale damage.
- Group selection order needs rearrangements (Harlequin)
- FoF bug fix
- Eldar wargear bugged ingame: the supposed Fortune Rune has instead the value for the Elemental Rune tooltip

FD's: Exarch tech adds new ability "Fusion Flash". Short range ~10,
target enemy infantry squad, does knockdown and minor dmg + morale dmg.

FS wargear: Remove imp guide ability from gloves wargear. Replace with
imp mindwar (mindwar x 1.3-4). Atm imp psy wargear is the CLEAR choice.

New Gu Warlock toggle ability "Shuriken Storm". Toggle ability like
FoF. Requires t2 + HGD. 30% weapon range nerf but 1.5-6x ranged dmg
buff to squad. Intended to keep gu's capable of some kind of dmg later
game without rewarding gu massing unduly (high micro required due to
weak range for the dps )




IG:

- Kasyrkin cannot attach heroes. Kasrkin sarg aura reverted to 10% instead of 5% buff (old nerf)
- Kasyrkin hf lasgun and melta dps vs inf review. Too high for AV hw (cited as op)
- Hero wargear appearance bug

- Turret build time scaling too high. review to see if it matches other races
- FSR system review: HQ addons will now grant +15 FSR as per veh stones do to increase FSR availability moderately.

Techpriests built from HQ have hold ground stance (yellow) instead of
stand ground stance (blue), though the starting techhpriest has stand
ground stance (blue). (note: Carried over from SS1.2 which did not fix
their stance correctly. By right, all techpriests were supposed to have
blue stance instead of yellow)
[Regarding techpriest stance fix:
* Relic did not properly implement the fix to Techpriest Enginseer's stance.
Fix:
In guard_squad_enginseer, under squad_combat_stance_ext, change
ignore_building_stance to True. -Soulstorm 1.1 nobrainer list]




Necron:

- Teleport Bug - Displacement arc does not energize a squad if it hits a squad member who is reviving.
- check for invisible tp costs
- Decieve bug, targeted units some times hold out capping flag when hit. Check vs CSM tacs w/sarge.
- Lightning Field - Reduce maximum charge/dps, increase rate of energy gain, increase reflected damage %
- Solar Pulse - reduce cool down time by 20%

Hero spells, reduce or remove casting cost. You already have to pay to
research them, and on top of that keep energy floating for teleports.
- Scarabs 0 pop
- consider 2nd NL/DL weaponry to have a anti-los effect
- Need working on group selection order
- Monolith Ascension Grid hotkey should be 'S', not 'A'
- Restored Monolith build has no gridkey (gridkey issue)
- Restored Monolith is unable to build the Deceiver
- Veil of Darkness tooltips need to reflect that it applies to Deceiver, not Necron Lord
- Deceiver's Deceive fails to work sometimes
- Pariahs have no speech (note: Carried from DC1.2. In SS1.2, Pariahs now have speech)

Cron Changes under scrutiny/discussion:

- Deciever: Price reduction to 200-240 energy.
- Deciever: Move to Summoning core, reduce build time by 20% (Alternatively keep in mono and try a pure price/timer/both reduction)
- Deciever: Permament short range jump disable aura, increase radius with Veil of Darkness upgrade OR anti-jumper spell (my preference is targetted spell "Gravity Spike")
- remove build timer % from LP/2/3. They are for pop, scarabs and shooty effects. Instead, make SP/relic = 8%, and crit = 20% --> Reelax is against this




Ork:

- slugga and burna NL hotkeys -review for bugs
- burna + burna git may bug - review for reinforce issues
- +5-10 req cost on banners
- 3xShoota review...they're op and make orks too shooty (cited as op)



SM:

- GK pistol h.pan speed
- asm pistol vs inf_hvy_low review (cited as op)
- review GK FoTM for bug. Is very very very low atm. (cited as up)
- gk skull probe voice
- Skull probe stun spam is imba. Possible to have them start with zero charge? If not, make global with short-ish cooldown

Remove HF dread. Dread changed to CC + AC stock - same price. Fist and

SoB:

Pimpy will be handling SoB coding - I will liase with him further.

Assassin reworked - assassin now works similar to IG assassin;
Vulnerable if found/detected, but high dps. Assassin is a T3 hero. Same
cost as IG assassin
- Installed new Faith Income research for T2 and T3
- Faith Ability: Heal set to non-global
- Faith Ability: Heal healing rate reduced
- Faith Ability: Heal now grants a small conceal whilst activated
- Faith Ability (all weapons anti all bslolol ability - forgot name) - buff anti-veh damage by 20%

- Giant Angel dps brought in line with Avatar (a % of Avatar's damage, of course - probably about 75-85%)
- Angelic Vissage no longer buffs damage
- Cannoness melta pistol damage reduced by 15%
- Cannoness melta pistol damage vs inf_med reduced by a further 15%
- Cannoness "summoned angels" now have an ability which reduce movement speed slightly after striking an enemy
- The Summoned Angels dps reduced by 35%
- Celestian multi-melta damage vs buildings reduced by 15%
- Celestian multi-melta cost reduced to same as kasrkin plasma costs
- Celestian giant melta thingy damage buffed by 150% tongue.gif (it was total garbage) vs all veh
- Repentia anti building dps 70% of zerks
- Repentia damage buffed by 10% (not on top of anti building buff)
- Standardisation of several items: wargear and cannoness late game weapons




Tau: - work needed here

- Kroot 15sec cannibalize to fit in with necessary DE changes. Cannibalize adjusted as a result.
- Review when elites get their sarge units too soon? Huge dps buff + added survival. (cited as op)
- Needs working on group selection order
- 3pop FW's criticised - I'd prefer to leave them at 3pop and work around their problems
- tau PoE tech moved to barracks to mimic sm/csm pop availability

Requires SSpro 3.54. Simply run the .exe to install.


The installer adds a 2nd DoWpro shortcut to your desktop and doesn't interfere with your 3.54 installation - this is a test build (only 22meg) and will be updated with more tweaks/fixes as time goes on paving the way for 3.55

No DE or SoB updates are included - they will come in upcoming updates.

Changelog is per the 3.55 WiP log thread - all amendments are already made there. Contains LarkinVB's v3.3 AI.
