AI isn't doing anything most of the time - just standing near res - point and try to cap it, but won't do something else except standing next to it.

- Big stomp of the warboss has no energy cost

- Eldar ranger need a hardcap of 2 or so and maybe piercing dmg for the kinetic shot ability to get more effectiveness against nids for example.

- Seer council, here some gd impressions of lindonin about the sc:

So how to make Seer counsil better? Basics
- commander armor
- 600 req/350 red cost
- remove courage aura, noone ever benefits from it

So how to make Seer counsil better? Advanced
- add activated auras (f.ex. group embolden)
- add unique voice at least upon summoning ( "Fear the Judgement of the counsil" )
- give em their own voice over all.

Here some good suggestions from chokobambus about possible eldar changes:

Most of you will notice , if you read a bit harder that most of the changes are power shifts instead of plain buffs . The only real buffs are to the falcon and the prism . Rest of you will scream "omg eldar bias rawrbrawrbraw" but w/e

-reduce guardian cost to 270 and reinforce to 27

*why?? guardians are the single most cost innefective unit in game , followed by banshee . They can't stand up to anyway . Eldar tier1 generally gets
walked over

-increase warlock cost to 75/25 , pop to 3 and increase upkeep accordingly

*why?? compensation for the reduced guardian squad cost . The detection bonus is to ensure that Eldar don't have to build rangers for detection in
matchups where they are less then usefull

-increase banshee starting hitpoints to 700 [140 per model ] , reduce aspect warrior upgrade HP benefit to 20% from 30% . increase Exarch HP to 210 from 200

the math atm : 625 * 1.3 = 832 ; 200 * 1.3 = 260 ; sum = 1092
future math : 700 * 1.2 = 840 ; 210 * 1.2 = 252 ; sum = 1092

*why?? this is a minor shift in stats from tier 1.5 to tier1 . The overall cost and HPs after the upgrade will be the same in both tier 1.5 and 2 with exarch
benshees underperform in tier1 , and you have to rush the upgrade every time to make them usable

-reduce the speed bonus on farseer webway gates by 1

*why?? the ability is OTT . simple as that

-increase fireprism hitpoints by 100 and speed by 1

*why?? considering that everything got megabuffed in tier3 the prism needs to be brought back to some degree of power . its useless atm

-increase falcon hp by 50 and speed by 0.5

*why?? very weak in tier2 . VERY . this minor buff could help out alot

i will add replays as i gather them , not only my own

My additonal suggestions:

Units and heros are often not retreating correctly ( standing still while they are retreating or they are regrouping... ).

Lictoralpha doesn t react to attack orders sometimes, so you cannot attack units/building anymore, even after retreating the la or if he die the bug is still active.

D-cannon need a better accuracy.

Spore mines are still blocking units and heros.... pls change it, spore mines should not be able to block squads or heros ( especially retreating units and heros ).

There is a bug with the tm wargear, if you use overcharge and switch back from the plasma gun to the melta gun, the tm will do rapid fire with the meltar gun.

Warboss boss pole stacks with other warboss heros wich are also equiped with a boss pole ( each pole gives 50% suppression resist and 20% hp bonus, it doesn't affect the warboss himself, so with 2 bosses you get 100% immunity for troops, with 3 the bosses themselves are immune. ).

Improved medical equipment grants to much extra energie for the apothecary ( something around +50 should be fine, +100 is to much ).

Damage per second of the great unclean one is to low, something around 200-250 should be working.

Eldar guardian/banshee reinforce/ugrade costs are to high wich makes em a bit to weak to compare with other races...

Heretics are a bit to cheap at the moment, you should higher the cost of the unit ( 230 req maybe? ).

Frenzy of nobs cost to less zeal ( spammable ability ).

Bloodcrusher are a bit to cost effective, maybe u should add some uprades so csm players have to purchase the charge and the daemonic roar abilitys before they can use it.

Plague champion globals are to powerfull compared to other globals ( especially touch of nurgle ).

The bile spewer of the plague champion is to cheap, it grants the biliuos discharge ability and the pc is also able to defeat small units and gens all on his own ( so pls higher the cost of this weapon ).

Mekboy banners and farceer webways are to cheap atm ( maybe higher upkeep/requisition/waaaghh cost would help? ).

The eldar falcon is still cost ineffective, also the fire prism ( to slow and stuff, maybe a jump ability would make em competetive with other vehicles ).
